DASEIN / MITSEIN is a testament of struggles, sorrow, depression by French poet Alixer, that once again defies the rules of a typical album.
From atmospheric black metal, to ambient, to power violence, to melodic hardcore and more, this album is a voyage through Alixer's healing process, spoken words and heartrending screams, and a pure catharsis through incredible tough lyrics written in his native language.
And thus, healing happened.

"Alixer has always been a therapy. It's always been fighting traumas and trying to resolve conflicts I couldn't get away from. Déhà & I have been travelling through my pain for few years, and now I can admit to myself that all of this has been about finding new horizons and entering a world devoid of anguish and darkness.

I'm now thriving for light and hope.

Of course, existence still has and always will have dark sides. But I'm out of years-long trauma. Dasein/Mitsein is the end of that therapy. I present to you all the products of years of work on myself. This is the end but this end is bright and full of hope.

Endless thanks to Déhà who allowed me to express myself and helped me to heal. I love you and you deserve the best of this world.
