In the words of Carl Jung: "Are we related to something infinite or not?" This was the underlying question as we worked on this album.

A continuation on the themes explored on the previous album "Warrior", "Chrysalis" explores ideas such as liminality, shadow work, individuation, and the evolution of consciousness.

The music of Anilah carries within it an expression of the elemental, cyclical, and regenerative forces of nature. Anilah is the unnamable, impersonal force behind the sound. Each melody is woven as threads into a larger tapestry of song, reminding you of your own medicine. Anilah is both beauty and darkness, shadow and light.
