前作のEPから4年振り、待ちに待ったa picture of herのファーストアルバムが遂にリリース！
数々のライブ活動で培った音に対するこだわりがソングライティングのクオリティーに反映され、以前より一段と深みを増した楽曲を揃えた。
色鮮やかで温かみがあり芯の強さと傷つきやすさを持ち合わせた彼らのサウンドは、
ポストロックからマスロック、インディーロック、エモまで幅広く網羅する。
さらに本作ではバンドとしての一体感を重視して、互いの奏でる音や各々の思考を尊重し吸収し合いながら、軽やかでありつつも実験的で奥深い音を作り上げている。
また、今回も前作同様エンジニアにtoeの美濃氏を迎え、同氏がレコーディングからマスタリングまで手がけている。

For the first time in four years, the first album of "a picture of her" will be released soon!!!

After they released first EP in 2009, they played a lot of live show and these experiences reflected their new music.
So, they believe that the quality of the songs is much better than that of their previous EP.


Their warm and colorful sound definitely attracts people who likes postrock, math rock, indie rock and emo.

Besides, they respect each other and emphasize togetherness.
As a result, they succeed in creating some kind of experimental music.

The engineer of this album is Mr.Mino, who is a member of "toe". ("toe" is one of the most famous japanese postrock groups)
He did the recording, mixing and mastering.

The band "a picture of her" formed in 2004.
The band started as a three piece group, made up of Tono on guitar and Kikuchi on bass.
In 2008, Kameyama on drums and Tago on guitar joined the band.

In fact, the band's slogan is "add some music to your day".
