Baltimore at an Angle is the project of 23 year old Bournemouth native G. Gillingham. The self-titled debut is packed full of light and happy guitar jangles with quirky songwriting reminiscent of Stephen Malkmus. Many of the tracks were written from his need to put feeling to sound and recorded experimentally within a short of amount of time using basic equipment. The result is a collection of warm hypnagogic pop gems perfect for a sunny, winter morning.
