Brass Magic infuses their sound with hip-hop, rock, world, soul, electronic, and pretty much anything they hear and like. The horns sometimes stand in for synthesizers or effects. The versatile ability of the musicians creates a full and modern sound. Aptly put by Madeleine Key in The East Bay Express: “Brass Magic doesn't make toe-tapping music: It makes life-affirming, groovy party music.”
