‘Daisy Age’ is Dayflower’s last standalone release before their debut album (for which the recording sessions have begun in earnest): the sound of a confident, expressive live unit moving beyond their lo-fi bedroom roots. If this marriage of ambitious, rugged production and pure, wide eyed pop is expanded into Dayflower’s full length offering, it should be well worth the wait.
