parabrutality is a collaborative EP between bod [包家巷] and Æthereal Arthropod. The project is described by the duo as a mantic ritual instrument—an act of oppositional defiance against interpretation, representation, and compliance with the tightening algorithmic propagation of a dream system. This system underlies the protocological design and maintenance of collective unconsciousness and individual willpower within a homogenizing, hyperindividualist control society.


bod [包家巷] is an audiovisual designer and writer from Arizona. He is best known for an unending output of work that began in the 2010s infiltration of sound design and classical elements into contemporary electronic music. Over time, this work has evolved into a wholly standalone techno-spiritual project, relying on encrypted intelligence and a denial of market trends to resist involvement in the accelerating management of culture.


Æthereal Arthropod is a graphic and musical artist hailing from Galicia. Known for a vast array of releases spanning hardcore, speed, and noise genres, their uncompromising DIY sound and visceral vocalizations have proliferated across both hemispheres over the past decade. Their work thrives within networks of music that persistently secede from the ever-targeted commodification of sound.
