This album is so far the most personal to me.

It's came about and expresses the shift in my life in the fall of 2018. The sudden shift happiness I felt at that time forced me to face a lot of abuse and suffering I had normalized over the years. I wanted to make an album as a wish for the future, to express that I don't want to be immune to pain, I want to be able to confront it head on and still face the world with an open heart.

I brought a lot of friends along this album as active participants and as test listeners, I thank you from the bottom of my heart! I also thank you, the listener for your curiosity. I hope I can offer some solace and solidarity if you're struggling too. Life is worth living and I hope the pain won't overtake that, ever.
