This is the first album of Gnadenthron. Christian Black Metal with cold nordic atmosphere. The Lyrics are about Nordic/European history, the evil powers that be and the glory of the King."Verheißung" means "promise" or "prophecy."
Songs 1-5 were recorded and mixed in autumn and winter 2023. Song 6 was recorded in summer 2023 with different equipment.
Gnadenthron is a Christian Black Metal project founded in 2023.
"Gnadenthron" means "mercy seat", the gold lid placed on the Ark of the Covenant.
