Grid kicks off 2025 with a new 5-track EP from London producer Blank Patrick! The release binds together different aesthetics, with hiphop-derived sounds and vocals as the binder.

Beginning with the darkness and tension of “Cement Bonds to Marble”, the journey gradually lightens with the heavy, deafening subs of “Canine Growing Backwards”. The BPM then picks up on the supercharged, colorful “Gun Dog”, cleverly combining softness with a muscular, sweaty ambience. The unpredictable 4th track “Esperanto”, where house synths and grooves are mixed with infinite breaks and assertive claps, is sure to get dancefloor fans hooked, whether at night or in the early hours of the morning. Finally, the light will definitely get the better of the darkness with the potential hit “UU EE”, which closes the EP with more lightness and second degrees.
