It's about the Corporate news choosing to stop filming the bodies of soldiers coming home in caskets because too many people started to rise up against the invasion.
It's a song about loss and hope being sung by a YerYerOwn who even through all the sadness and chaos of reality can see a way through. Saying "It is possible. Things don't have to suck so bad."
"HUMANWINE is music that dances between raindrops, sending up green shoots between the broken cobblestones of folk, punk, and open revolt. It is a soundtrack to broken rules and mutant genres, evoking a world that skips over the Age of Oil and all its cruelties, stitching together a patchwork of past and future, a do-it-yourself apocalypse that is strangely utopian."

This scene is about the end of it all which is never really the end. This is the slowest and longest apocalypse ever. All apocalypses are.
