In 2004 Riverview mental facility had begun its closing process and thus 1000's of psychiatric patients were released to the general public.
Mr_Barcode and his only friend, a scientific calculator named George were sent out into the world.
Operating from a secret lair deep beneath the city, and under severe bouts of sleep deprivation, the techno villain known as Mr_Barcode began his quest for machines to rule the world.
