Marie-Clo's new single "Trophy wife" speaks of her voiceless, nameless time as a hockey wife. As a feminist, she witnessed & lived first hand objectification, neglect, double standards, emotional abuse & unsettling normalcy around sexist behaviours within the industry her partner thrived in. Unfaithfulness was simply the unoriginal cherry on top of a patriarcal sundae.

A true creative chameleon & nomad, Marie-Clo is a born performer who ropes her audience into a feverish pitch in both official languages; thanks to hooked on phonics. Singer-songwriter, actor & dancer, her eclectic indie pop tackles current themes & conscious lyrics, but also conjures a colourful and enchanted world. Her first english album Shell(e) will be released in 3 parts over 2020-2021.
