Osa Polar is our cover of the song Eisbaer by Grauzone (1981). Inspired by the original lyrics of this post punk anthem, we speak about the wish of being a female polar bear, living peacefully on a glacier. Intruders are not allowed, it’s just us living the polar bear life cycle, our life cycle :)

Backed up by a solid rhythm section, keyboards and synthesizers take the song to a new place that feels different from the original song; a place we can call our own. There, Grauzone’s bear and Melenas’ bear both meet, look at each other and join in an arctic kiss; the art of the cover also pays tribute to this idea.
