This album contains both old and new. This is a project that spawned back in 2008! But ultimately created and recorded in 2021/2022.

"Duplicate Records proudly presents the debut full-length album of Norwegian black metal band NEMESIS, to be released on physical and digital formats June 30th, 2023. The album will be available digitally via Bandcamp on June 16th.

Whereas the 2019 demo (released on tape by Duplicate) showed a highly promising self-producing black metal artist, the self-titled album delivers on that promise tenfold. The evident progression in both composition, performance and production is simply staggering.

Drawing inspiration from both traditional scandinavian black metal, as well as more current strains of the genre, the six lengthy tracks that comprise Nemesis create a unique and obscure atmosphere that will send shivers down your spine."
