"Great stuff. One part Cave and Ellis, one part Chelsea Wolfe, and the rest is traditional (gothic) country. Grim, melancholic, tragic, and beautiful, Lowborn is a treat."-Darkscene

"The marvelous gothic-americana / folk noir / dark country rock / atmospheric doom-drone duo Palodine, with their brand new Masterpiece full-length "Lowborn". -Doom Heart

Unbelievable images, fragments of old films, people who died long ago, the dense poor, hopelessness and longing appear before your eyes.-Ivar Varyagov (Russia)

"Thank you for creating such beautiful and powerful music. A number of your songs were a part of my daily “inspiration” playlist over the past two years as I wrote and created this film. And, your two newest songs (In The Bellows and Every Rising Sun) are absolutely stunning. I think I listened to Bellows at least ten times on a recent road trip!
- Geoff Ryan; Director of "Fray" (multiple film festival winner 2012) and upcoming film" Blood From Stone".
