If you didn’t already know Munich based musician, sound collector and artist Schegg (aka DJ Romantic Boy) stands for “Scaled Chord Harmony & Electronic Groove Grounds”. Like most of his contemporaries Schegg's musical journey winds its way through many different styles & influences but it was his enthusiasm for vintage-sound tracks often combined with tribal rhythms, strong chords and silky vocals, mixed between raw house, and disco elements, with a hot plate of some olds-chool techno tropes that found its way onto our sound system with his clipp.art debut “Lives In My House”. Returning now with an epic follow up, the 6 track album “Dream Emulator” which drifts into corners of detroit electro, groove-heavy house, full frontal breakbeat, aquatic acid and UK rave. With tracks playfully titled “dance Elevator” and “Thought Educator” and “Control Esitmator” and “Problem Eliminator” and “Mind Escalator”, Dream Emulator is a fine example of human-like music made with heart & soul. “Says the Munich German native “There should be some healing sound at the dancefloor, something to dream about and to forget all your troubles.”

Schegg is a dreamer and has been locked in the studio perfecting his craft an unique style of music. Always changing and finding new ways to create a special sound. His vintage-sounding tracks are often combined with tribal rhythms, strong chords and sensual vocals. A mix between house, techno, oldschool elements, sampled disco tunes and raw drums, always prepared to surprise you!
