A solo EMS Synthi AKS recording made in the attic of an old school house in upstate New York in August of 2001. Each track was a new patch worked out on the spot and then improvised with for the two track recordings onto minidisc. No overdubs, no edits, no post production of any kind was done on a computer.

This is the first full-length analog synthesizer album I made. Grain is inspired by Thomas Lehn's solo EMS Synthi recording, Feldstarken.

Composer Improviser, Phonographer, Piano Technician Charlotte Street Foundation Performing Arts Fellow. EMS-Synthi Ciat-Lonbarde organ piano saxophone. Performs w/ NEAL WILSON (LA), painter LAUREL SPARKS (NY), films with writer CYRUS CONSOLE. Artistic director KJEA radio, a transmitted conceptual space begun 1984. Studied with MARYANNE AMACHER, RICHARD TEITELBAUM, GEORGE LEWIS, PAULINE OLIVEROS.
