This is an unreleased Shellshag song written in 2019. We recorded a little in Cincinnati in 2019, a little more in Brooklyn in 2020, and in February of 2024 we had Ashtray add some organ, piano and mix it.

Any musician you talk to that is familiar with Shellshag regularly uses one word to describe these DIY stalwarts: Inspiring. Over the years, the duo has grown into Brooklyn’s answer to Dead Moon, transcending the simple label of “a band” and becoming an institution in their own right.
