Subtraction was the first official release by tbtmo. This 1997 cassette compilation included tracks from some of our D.C. friends & friends of friends in addition to our peeps back here in dirty Jersey (before we transplanted to the PHL). It runs the gamut from quirky alt.rock to sweet noise-pop, from ambient bliss to experimental creepout, emo-core to whatever. Dubbed from pretty much other cassettes and a couple records, then eventually fairly recently digitized, this classic comp gets a little rough at times (more ways than one) but we did it. Back in 1997. It's worth checking out. Then ask us who's who.
