Together and Alone, the debut album from The Kearns Family, was recorded at Goat Mountain - which is Pat and Susan Kearns' off grid, solar powered recording studio in the Mojave Desert. All songs were played live in the studio, by Pat and Susan on acoustic guitar and upright bass respectively with a bit of harmonica accompaniment from Pat. Susan sings just a little, as Pat does most of the singing and songwriting for this collection of tunes. Rick Boston is a cowrite on Daytime Moon.
