The Night Owls are a four piece band playing hot syncopated jazz songs of the 1920’s and wooing love songs of the 1930’s and 40’s. To preserve the authentic sound of the jazz era many of the songs were recorded using vintage instruments, as live and into a single microphone.Album download comes with bonus "Ukulele Songbook" featuring special arrangements of nine songs. The Night Owls are a string jazz band playing hot syncopated ukulele songs of the 1920′s and wooing love songs of the 1930′s and 40′s.
They are based in the south west of the UK and available for weddings, functions and gigs. Using a combination of harmony singing, double bass and ukuleles they create a fresh but authentically vintage sound.
