Formed in Minneapolis in 2009, The Rope weaves post-punk, darkwave, and gothic threads into a uniquely dark and driving sound, with influences ranging from The Chameleons to The Sisters of Mercy. Their new album, Nightbird, is set to drop October 4, 2024.
