This is the first ever Rurals album!
Released on our 2nd label 'Idea' back in '99, this was a compilation of some of our fave releases on the Idea label that i started with Ideal distribution in '96, on which we released 18 x 12's Rurals E.P's.
These songs are more dance-floor Deep House, Disco and Jazz/Funk style.

People are often puzzled by the thought that the picturesque pastures of Devonshire, UK can be home to the distinctive sound of delicate jazzy beats laid over the sweetest soul-drenched vocals.
