Toby gale’s debut LP Syzygy effortlessly does both of all of the above, as it whirls around you, simultaneously orbiting you and also getting all up in them guts. The subs hit you in ur belly, while harps twinkle around in your sinuses. The south east London based composer / producer has written a vast and heartfelt record that makes me feel like I am soaring above the city while everybody else sleeps.

Toby's recent work includes Sun Songs, a body of work that explores and records the lumen levels of the sun and converts them to midi. Contributing strings by Robert Ames of London Contemporary Orchestra.
