Trebuchet started recording this track soon after the release of their debut album "Trebuchet".
Shayne had an idea that something he'd written for a song a long time ago, might work really well for Trebuchet. He had a melody for a verse, but hadn't ever got any further with it. He asked Dave if he could run with it, which he did. Lyrics were written and also the music. Shayne then adjusted the lyrics to suit his melody and his idea was born.

Visiting Castle Hedingham in Essex in 2016, gave Dave the idea of what to call his new recording project.
Trebuchet, a huge medieval sling, in which objects are catapulted.
It gave an imagery, perfect for what he was trying to achieve musically. Total chaos!!! Well, not quite, but a nod back to the bands who did their own thing, back when heavy rock was in it's infancy.
That's exactly Trebuchet.
