In the 2700s capitalism and environmental destruction have led multi-planetary corporations and governments to expand their territories in search of new resources and markets. The fascist United Galactic Federation (UGF) have expanded their imperialist ventures to the planet of Xevium, a nutrient rich ice planet full of natural resources. The UGF has imposed harsh sanctions on Xevium and has expanded the production and distribution of the drug Floria among the populace. However, Xevium will not stand idly by. Armed with advanced technology and strong allies, including earth’s very own anti-fascist Contra force, the Xevians and the rest of the universe’s working class will not put down their arms easily.
