The program is comprised of melodies with concrete and abstract connection to our homes; through our backgrounds in musicology and early music, as well as regional aspects. It includes melodies from old manuscripts that we like to play for dance, also offering wonderful material for concert arrangements. We are happy to have recorded some melodies from Vienna, which has a wonderful historical repertoire that fits our combination of instruments perfectly. Building upon our personal experiences and knowledge we create new interpretations expressing our emotions: music to dream, wallow and loosing yourself in!

Track 1-4: Violin & Accordion
Track 5-10: Nyckelharpa & Accordion

The Wiener Miniorchester (translation: Viennese mini orchestra) emerged
in 2019 from the joyful jamming between the violinst and Nyckelharpa
player Anna Breger and the accordion player Johannes Georg Schwarz.
In their playing they combine their passions to early and traditional
music. Their repertoire comprises historical dance music from different epochs as well as Viennese music.
