“Znój”, Polish for “toil”, is the final element in Zguba’s torment trilogy (the other two being “Potwarz” and “Pomór”) and the last album the artist plans to release under this moniker.

The material was recorded only in a state of total fatigue, either physical or emotional, with dreams and reality blurred in a hazy mental space. This approach has resulted in a truly distinct sound – an open invitation to submerge yourself in the subconscious and cleanse yourself from the day-to-day ennui.

Zguba is the brainchild of an enigmatic musician in exile from his native Pomerania who whiles away the hours in the capital of Bulgaria.
